Hi, I’m Dave Smith founder of Peak Performance Coaching, a passionate and dedicated online fitness coach committed to helping you achieve your health and fitness goals from the comfort of your own home or face to face. With 19 years of experience in the fitness industry, creating personalised workout programmes and nutrition plans designed to help individuals of all fitness levels transform their bodies and minds.

I believe that fitness is not just about looking good, it’s about feeling good, building confidence, and improving your overall quality of life. MY SPECIALITIE'S

I specialise in Hyrox and Strength and Conditioning, offering a unique approach to fitness that combines endurance, strength, and functional training. Hyrox, known for its competitive format of combining running with strength and endurance exercises, is a challenging event that requires both physical and mental preparation. I work with clients to build the necessary endurance, strength, and strategy to perform at their best in Hyrox competitions, tailoring training programs that target cardiovascular conditioning, functional strength, and recovery. Alongside this, my expertise in Strength and Conditioning helps athletes and fitness enthusiasts improve their overall performance by enhancing power, agility, mobility, and injury prevention. Whether you are training for a Hyrox race or simply looking to elevate your athletic performance, my approach focuses on building well-rounded fitness that prepares you for a variety of physical challenges.
